Which sauna is right for you?

Every sauna we carry is full-spectrum, ultra-low EMF, and plugs into a standard household outlet — no electrician, no 240V circuit, no permits. The choice comes down to two things: how much space you have, and which wood you prefer.

Just over three feet wide with 270° panoramic glass, so it feels open rather than boxed-in. Six heating panels, 1150W. The right pick for apartments, spare corners, and anyone testing the waters.

A full-height single-person cabin with a large tempered glass front. Currently on pre-order, restocking July 31.

SH02 / SR02 — 2 person ($2,699 hemlock / $3,299 red cedar)
Our most popular size. Room to share a session or stretch out alone.

SH07 / SR07 — 2–3 person corner ($3,099 hemlock / $3,520 red cedar)
Our flagship. A pentagonal cabin that tucks into a room corner, with eight heating panels at 1900W and true four-wavelength light therapy — 850nm near-infrared, 734nm deep infrared, 658nm red, and 455nm blue.

Hemlock or red cedar?

Hemlock is pale, clean-grained, and virtually odorless — the better choice if you're sensitive to scent or want the sauna to disappear into a modern room.

Canadian red cedar is naturally moisture-resistant with a warm reddish tone and a distinctive aroma that deepens over time. It costs more for good reason and is the traditional choice for a classic sauna experience.

Delivery, honestly

Room of Choice delivery is included free on every sauna. Most retailers leave a 300-pound crate in your driveway. We don't — yours is carried into the room you choose, including up to two flights of stairs.

White Glove installation is complimentary within 100 miles of Los Angeles, including floor leveling, full assembly, and packaging removal. Outside that area it isn't available, so we won't pretend otherwise — but assembly is genuinely straightforward: modular panels, illustrated instructions, and video guides, typically 20–60 minutes for one person with no special tools.

Saunas ship by freight with an adult signature required, in 8–17 business days from order. The carrier calls ahead to schedule, so please use a phone number you'll actually answer. We ship to the contiguous United States only.

Every cabin is UL, FCC, CE, and FSC certified and backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
