Return & Refund Policy — Think Heal
30-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, email support@thinkheal.net with your order number — we will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship a return without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel any order at no charge before it is dispatched — email support@thinkheal.net as soon as possible and we will confirm. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the 30-day terms above.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to the same condition requirements. Email support@thinkheal.net with your order number and the item you would like instead. For a size exchange on compression products, we will cover the outbound shipping on the replacement.
RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING
Returns are sent by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and those returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you — damaged and defective items are never subject to return shipping costs or restocking fees.
WARRANTY
Warranty coverage varies by product — details are listed on each product page, or email support@thinkheal.net.
NON-RETURNABLE
Items returned used, damaged by misuse, or outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
