Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of that email.

Red light therapy devices

These ship via standard parcel carriers and typically arrive within 10–15 business days of your order.

Saunas

Saunas ship via freight. After your order, the freight carrier contacts you directly to schedule a delivery window, and your confirmation email includes the freight tracking reference.
