Ordering & Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order ships free within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses, or P.O. boxes for large freight items such as saunas.

How long does delivery take?
Red light therapy devices typically arrive within 15–22 business days (5–7 business days processing, then 10–15 in transit). Saunas ship via freight carrier in 8–17 business days, and delivery is scheduled with you directly; timelines are listed on each sauna product page. Pre-order items show their expected restock date on the product page.

How are saunas delivered?
Sauna delivery includes placement in your room of choice at no extra charge. Complimentary white-glove installation is available within 100 miles of Los Angeles.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on our catalog. Custom-configured sauna orders are non-returnable — this is noted clearly on the relevant product pages before you buy. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Are products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, with the coverage term listed on the product page. See our Warranty page for how claims work.

Products

How do I choose between the panels?
The main differences are coverage area, irradiance (light intensity), and controls. Our collection pages include a buyer's guide, and you can always email us for a recommendation based on how you plan to use it.

Hemlock or red cedar for a sauna?
Both are excellent sauna woods. Hemlock is lighter in tone and typically lower cost; Canadian red cedar has a distinctive aroma and natural richness. The Infrared Saunas collection page covers this in more detail.
