Ordering & Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order ships free within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses (AA, AE, AP), or P.O. boxes.

How long does delivery take?
Red light therapy devices typically arrive within 15–22 business days (5–7 business days processing, then 10–15 in transit). Air compression systems take roughly 2–3 weeks. Timelines are listed on every product page, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Why does it take that long?
These devices ship directly from our manufacturing partners rather than a domestic warehouse. That's how we keep prices where they are, and we'd rather tell you the real timeline before you buy than surprise you after.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on our catalog, in original and unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; defective or incorrect items are made right at no cost to you. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Are products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, with the coverage term listed on the product page. See our Warranty page for how claims work.

Products

How do I choose between the panels?
The main differences are coverage area, irradiance (light intensity), and controls. Our collection pages include a buyer's guide, and you can always email us for a recommendation based on how you plan to use it.

Panel or full-body mat?
Panels concentrate light on a specific area — a shoulder, a knee, your lower back — and are what you want if you have a target in mind. The MAT18 mat trades intensity for coverage: your whole body at once, with nothing to hold or aim.

What's the difference between the compression boots and the full-arm set?
The wireless boots cover both legs, foot to thigh, and run cordless off a rechargeable battery — no hoses, no wall outlet. The full-arm set covers the chest, shoulders, and both arms, and runs from a corded digital main unit connected by hoses. They're built for different halves of the body, and the boots are the more portable of the two.

6-chamber or 8-chamber on the arm set?
Same garment either way. The 8-chamber version gives the fullest sequential coverage across the chest and arms; the 6-chamber is the same design with two fewer air chambers, at a lower price.
