Terms of Service

Welcome to Think Heal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thinkheal.net (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Think Heal LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Think Heal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements. We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Products and Product Information

Think Heal is an online retailer of health, wellness, personal care, and recovery products. We work to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate; however, products are manufactured by third parties, and manufacturers may update packaging, formulations, or specifications without notice. The product you receive may differ slightly in packaging or appearance from Site images. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Products sold on the Site are intended for general wellness and personal care purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness routine, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or take medication. Discontinue use of any product and consult a physician if you experience discomfort or adverse effects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time of your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at support@thinkheal.net as soon as possible; orders that have already been processed for fulfillment cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Products may ship from multiple fulfillment locations, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Certain large or high-value items may ship via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment and an adult signature at delivery. Any such requirements will be stated on the product page.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@thinkheal.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a free replacement or a full refund at your choice, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. For freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; opened personal hygiene items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

9. Warranties

Many products sold on the Site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which are set by the manufacturer and stated on the product page where applicable. We will assist you in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Heal LLC's total liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Think Heal LLC or its content and brand partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use on the Site is for product identification only and does not imply endorsement.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to place fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@thinkheal.net and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You retain any rights you may have to bring claims in small claims court or under applicable consumer protection statutes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Changes apply to orders placed after the date the updated Terms are posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
